The idea to build a custom home is the most important step. No idea is too big or too small. At Mahoney we work with you in 1:1 meetings to design something truly wonderful. 

SITE ANALYSIS

The home must fit the land, as the land must fit the home. We look at things like sunlight, drainage, and more to ensure your home fits your property and will last for generations to come. 

CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS

This is the first attempt of many to turn your ideas into a tangible home that can be built upon. Iteration after iteration is sketched out until the engineers, architects and most importantly YOU are satisfied with you future. 

BUDGET ANALYSIS

We use our decades of experience to help you understand how to spend your dollar in a way that maximizes comfort and minimizes waste without compromising quality and craftsmanship. 

FINAL DESIGN 

The final design takes many iterations before all parties are satisfied. Ensuring that it meets code, is within budget, and is perfect for the client takes time. Once perfected, construction begins.
